ARCA GO
The ARCA GO application was designed to provide current information on when boxes and/or pallets have been loaded onto a carrier truck. This is in response to issues with carriers picking up orders in a timely fashion, which may appear to be a Maersk issue to a client. Logging in boxes and/or pallets to carrier truck(s) ensures that orders leave the warehouses within agreed upon contractual timelines.

Who Uses it
ARCA GO is used by the warehouse workers generally at the dock when boxes are either loaded to trucks directly or loaded to a pallet, which is then placed on the truck. The boxes are sent to the loading area of the warehouse and as they are loaded onto the truck as either individual boxes or part of a pallet, the order number, box number, pallet number, and truck ID are scanned in and used as confirmation that the order was loaded onto a truck within the contractual agreements.
General Guidelines
ARCA GO is NOT used for reporting purposes. It is used by the warehouse to enter data into the system so that reporting can be done through other applications.
The intent of this document is to provide information on how our warehouse workers log transit information.
