ARCA LOC has several different functions for assisting in the fulfillment of customer orders. It is also designed to help organize inventory and plan orders for the picking areas in the warehouse.

Who Uses It

ARCA LOC is used by the warehouse management, supervisor and team leads.

General Guidelines

ARCA LOC must be used for reporting purposes. It is used by the warehouse to obtain data from the system without going through other applications.

The intent of the module is to navigate all ARCA LOC tools, for easy reference to all warehouse management staff.

Term	Definition
Customer Order Number	A sales order number fulfilling the demand of a customer; used to approve, track, and process outbound customer shipments.
License Plate Number	A sales order number fulfilling the demand of a customer; used to approve, track, and process outbound customer shipments.
PO Number	A sales order number fulfilling the demand of a customer; used to approve, track, and process outbound customer shipments.
Tracking Number	Tracking number is a unique number assigned to each package, which allows you to monitor the movement of the parcel between the countries or even inside one country. Tracking numbers can be international or traceable only within the country of the sender.
