Who Uses it
ARCA Warehouse is used by all warehouse users, ranging from entry-level to management.
General Guidelines
ARCA Warehouse may be used for reporting purposes. It is used by the warehouse to obtain data from the system without going through other applications.
The intent of the module is to:
- Navigate the ARCA Warehouse tools, for easy reference to all warehouse staff.

Terminology

| ASN | Advanced Shipment Notice is a document that provides detailed information about a pending delivery. The purpose of an ASN is to notify the customer when shipping occurs and provide physical characteristics about the shipment so the customer can be prepared to accept delivery. |
| BOL Number | Bill of Lading: acts as a receipt and a contract. |
| Guided Slotting | Used to create a new pick area detail. |
| Master Balance | Total quantity in the warehouse. |
| Pack Slip | An invoice. |
| Quarantine Pallets | Pallets that are being held until client says otherwise. |
| UPC | Universal Product Code. This is like a barcode. |
